Hello, i'm use gnats 3.x.
and i have 2 databases. database one (EVI) is okay an all functions are work fine.
but i have problems with database 2 (FTPSwitch). I'm login to this database with gnatsweb.
then i write a ticket in gnatsweb - but the ticket don't store in database FTPSwitch. All
Tickets are stored in EVI - Why???
Who is my failure?
