You probably don't have 'localhost' in the host access list in the gnatsd.conf file in you gnats-adm directory. Access control documentation is a mess in GNATS 3, so it is understandable if you are confused about this. This is far better in the GNATS 4 manual. Yngve Svendsen Gnatsweb maintainer
