Server: GNATS 3.112.1 on Solaris/SPARC 2.5.1, GNATSd setup on 1529
Client: TkGNATS 3.10.3/54 on WinNT/Intel 4.0SP4/5, port 1529
>Description:
I get the following error when I run "queue-pr --run" manually (or automatically for that matter, just hidden):

> bryanryanryan... User unknown
> /usr/local/share/gnats/gnats-db/gnats-adm/dead.letter... Saved
> message in /usr/local/share/gnats/gnats-db/gnats-adm/dead.letter

The submission is fine, and everything else works fine. But it seems to be generating an erroneous "Resent-CC" address from the category, responsibles and submitters files.
E.g., the "user unknown" error can be readily seen here in the dead.letter:

> <...cut...>
> Resent-From: gnats-admin (GNATS Management)
> Resent-To: bryan
> Resent-Cc: bryanryanryan
> Resent-Reply-To: gnats-admin, bryan@theseus.com
> <...cut...>

Bryan is the submitter, Bryan is also the target of the Category, and Ryan is cc'ed on the category.
Bryan and Ryan are also responsible for the submitter site.
If I remove Ryan from the CC on the category, "Resent-CC" is shorted to just "bryanryan". Again, it is still being created incorrectly.

For completeness, the entries in the gnats-adm files are below:

/usr/local/share/gnats/gnats-db/gnats-adm/categories:
> <... cut ...>
> cs:Computer Support:bryan:ryan
> <... cut ...>

/usr/local/share/gnats/gnats-db/gnats-adm/responsible:
> <... cut ...>
> ryan:Ryan Jorgenson:
> bryan:Bryan J. Smith:
> <... cut ...>

/usr/local/share/gnats/gnats-db/gnats-adm/submitters
> <... cut ...>
> theseus:Theseus Logic Orlando:local:8:bryan:ryan
> <... cut ...>

So, somehow, the "Resend-CC" is being created wrong, without ","s perhaps?
Or is it my configuration?
I've used this configuration before on RedHat 6.0 with GNATS 3.110 so I don't think so, but I could be wrong.

>How-To-Repeat:
Use GNATS 3.112.1 on Solaris/SPARC 2.5.1 compiled from scratch.
Setup similiar categories, responsible and submitter files as above and submit PR.
