redhat linux 7.0

i went to php.net and downloaded the newest version of the server i also went to apache.org and downloaded their newest server. i then went to the install documentation on php.net following the instructions exactly i got up to step 9 where you "make" php when i typed make i get this 

[root@madcow php-4.0.4pl1]# make
