If a field which has an associated 'Reason Changed' field is edited, and the reason field is left empty, the edit is only semi-successful. Gnatsweb reports that the PR has been successfully changed, but a tiny moment later it reports "Error: cannot understand '' ".

Also, this process leaves behind both a gnats.lock file and a PR-specific lock in the locks directory.
