 Synopsis: Two important timezones (MSK and W-SU, which are set by Solaris) are missing in getdate.y

 State-Changed-Why:
     MSK is already present both in 3.113.1 and in version 4.  W-SU is not part of the standard getdate.y. W-SU is an alias for MET, so MET should be set instead.
