Solaris 2.8

I was unable to compile gnats on solaris 2.8 due to the
very old version of the libiberty that is shipped.

try to compile on a fresh Solaris 2.8 computer where libiberty
is not installed

replace the libiberty by a more recent ones.
I succeeded by using the one that is shipped with gcc 3.0
