Could you check out the following: 1: Make sure you initially didn't try to run a send-pr from GNATS version 3. 2: Make sure you edited the correct send-pr.conf. In default installations, this file resides in /usr/local/etc/gnats/ 3: If the above checks out, try removing the fix you made and see if the problem returns.
