queue-pr will show matching PR in gnats-query-mode which also calls (view-mode). But RET in view-mode is bound to View-scroll-line-forward. But gnats-query-mode doc-string says:
gnats-query mode:
Major mode for browsing GNATS reports.
Use v to view the problem report under the cursor and
e to edit it.

I think that RET should be bound to that function.
