An MS-Windows (win32) port of the GNU Scientific Library (GSL) 0.8 is available from
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/
GSL is a collection of routines for numerical computing in e.g.linear algebra and probability.
It has been compiled with Mingw, and comes with both static and dynamic libraries for GCC and
MSVC.
