An MS-Windows (Win32) port of the new release (0.9.2) of the GNU Scientific
Library is available from
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net
It has been compiled with GCC for Windows (Mingw), and comes with a static
library for GCC and a dynamic link library (DLL) with import libraries for
GCC, Microsoft Visual Studio and Borland C, as well as documentation in
various formats (Postscript, TeX Dvi, PDF and HTML).
