A self-installing executable of GSL for Microsoft Visual C++ is
available at,

  http://www.network-theory.co.uk/gsl/ 

in the file SETUP.EXE.

This also installs a demonstration workspace in the \demo subdirectory
which you can compile as a quick check. The README.txt file in the
same directory gives the expected output.

The manual is available as an online help file (look for the 'GNU
Scientific Library - Reference Manual' in the start menu).

(The default install location is C:\Windows\Program Files\GSL-0.9.1+\)
