Subject: volunteer needed to fix implicit ODE integrators

A volunteer is needed to fix a problem in the GSL
implicit ODE integrators.

The work involved should be fairly straightforward
for anyone familiar with implicit integrators.  For
more information see bug #5 in the BUGS file.
