It is there but the entry was missing from the manual. I've added
it. The function is gsl_sf_beta_inc(a,b,x) (normalized incomplete beta
function) in <gsl/gsl_sf_gamma.h>.

Brian, checked the multiple regression with constant and
it worked fine--identical results with Excel.

Perhaps the info could go in documentation.
