I've added a gsl.pc file which gives the same output as gsl-config --
if it doesn't work can you send me a patch thanks. There is the 'libs
with blas or without blas' problem again though... I don't know how
that is supposed to be handled in pkg-config. I just made Libs: be
the same as in gsl-config.
