Hi, recently I've developed a C++ library for computing the SRS (Shock
Response Spectrum) of an acceleration signal. I've seen that such function is
not present in the GSL so I was thinking about developing a C version of this
library to be added in the next release.
Could it be interesting?

See http://sources.redhat.com/gsl/design/gsl-design.html#SEC2
for information on extensions to the library.
