I've built 1.14 on IRIX 6.5 with the SGI C compiler. Running the
testsuite reveals the following failure:
$ gtar zxf gsl-1.14.tar.gz
$ cd gsl-1.14
$ ./configure --enable-static --enable-shared
$ gmake
$ gmake check
