Builds on the Intel 10.1 20090203 compiler and passes make check at
-O0 (some test tolerances do not pass at -O{1,2}). GCC 4.3.3 passes
make check at -O2. Both on Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty).

Any chance you can also include the gsl_integration_glfixed
patch for fixed order Gauss-Legendre integration
