Hi all, I tried to generate GSL from CVS today, but that failed due to a missing makefile in directory cdf. I just ran ./autogen.sh and got the following: ,---- | kevin@leibnitz:~/data/src/c/cvs/gsl $ ./autogen.sh | aclocal: `configure.ac' and `configure.in' both present. | aclocal: proceeding with `configure.ac'. | /usr/share/aclocal/xmms.m4:17: warning: underquoted definition of XMMS_TEST_VERSION | run info '(automake)Extending aclocal' | or see http://sources.redhat.com/automake/automake.html#Extending%20aclocal | /usr/share/aclocal/xmms.m4:62: warning: underquoted definition of AM_PATH_XMMS | /usr/share/aclocal/xdelta.m4:7: warning: underquoted definition of AM_PATH_XDELTA | /usr/share/aclocal/pstoedit.m4:7: warning: underquoted definition of AM_PATH_PSTOEDIT | /usr/share/aclocal/gsl.m4:5: warning: underquoted definition of AM_PATH_GSL | /usr/share/aclocal/gimpprint.m4:8: warning: underquoted definition of AM_PATH_GIMPPRINT | /usr/share/aclocal/autotrace.m4:7: warning: underquoted definition of AM_PATH_AUTOTRACE | /opt/gnome/share/aclocal/libIDL.m4:6: warning: underquoted definition of AM_PATH_LIBIDL | /opt/gnome/share/aclocal/ORBit.m4:4: warning: underquoted definition of AM_PATH_ORBIT | automake: `configure.ac' and `configure.in' both present. | automake: proceeding with `configure.ac'. | configure.ac:366: required file `cdf/Makefile.in' not found | autoconf: warning: both `configure.ac' and `configure.in' are present. | autoconf: warning: proceeding with `configure.ac'. | kevin@leibnitz:~/data/src/c/cvs/gsl $ `---- ./configure --enable-maintainer-mode fails with ,---- | config.status: error: cannot find input file: cdf/Makefile.in `---- (only the last line). Libtool is 1.5.2, automake 1.8.3, autoconf 2.59 Any hints?
