Log message:
	* debugger.scm ("backtrace"): Don't pass length param to
	display-backtrace if it wasn't explicitly given by the user.
	(write-frame-long/application): Also print corresponding source
	expression.
	("evaluate"): Evaluate in local environment frame, if existent;
	Handle errors.
