Log message:
* Made a new top-level manual file - guile.texi - for two reasons:
(i) no other GNU project that I've noticed uses the "-ref" suffix for
its reference manual
(ii) to be able to reorganize the reference manual structure, according
to the suggested organization in sources/jimb-org.texi, while
keeping the old top-level file easily available for a while.
* Moved a lot of stuff around, and into new files, as part of structural
reorganization (not yet complete).
* Modified makefiles to refer to guile rather than guile-ref.
* Added new, fuller documentation for alists.
