I have committed to CVS the big patch (docstrings, completion,
etc.) which I posted earlier.  I also implemented
import-lisp-macro-1 and imported with-output-to-temp-buffer with
it.  Module (emacs macro) is there too but mostly commented out.

set-lisp-variable! now returns an unspecified value; you didn't
object to that when I posted the patch.

There is now a ChangeLog, because CVS log entries are too painful
to view over a modem connection.

I did not commit the M-x emacs-version patch; I think you
(Keisuke) should do that because you apparently have the Emacs
sources in a local CVS repository and generate the diff from
there.
