Thank you.  However I'm going to have an exam on 2000-04-03 and I
don't know if I can make the changes before that.  So, I think
you should release Guile Emacs 0.3 without waiting for me.

There is already a list of new primitives in the README.  Do you
mean Scheme procedures should be listed too?
