I propose to remove pixel-from-rgb in favour of gdk-rgb-xpixel-from-rgb,
* gdk-1.2.defs, gdk-support.c, guile-gtk.h (pixel_from_rgb_interp):
Remove.
* gdk-1.2.defs (gdk_rgb_xpixel_from_rgb): Add.
pixel-from-rgb looks like it's truecolour/directcolour specific, and
in any case this is a task better done by the actual GdkRGB function.
