I'm nosing around gtk-standalone-main and gtk-standalone? with a view
to writing some words about them.
I see the guile-gtk executable is no longer built as such. Does that
mean sgtk_shell is never called and gtk-standalone? is always true?
If so then I guess the standalone stuff is slightly obsolete (unless
sgtk_set_standalone was make available at the scheme level).
