Summary: Completed pixmap/bitmap support.
Details and Notes:
- gdk-1.2.defs, guile-gtk.h, gdk-support.c: Added
gdk-bitmap-create-from-data, gdk-pixmap-create-from-data,
gdk-pixmap-create-from-xpm-d, gdk-pixmap-colormap-create-from-xpm-d.
- gdk-1.2.defs: Corrected gdk_pixmap_create_from_xpm: window is
mandatory.
- guile-gtk.c: Now cvec composite types add zero termination to C
vectors (input parameters only).
