Cygwin 1.3.10, xfree 4.2

Insight installs include files in /usr/local/include/X11 which are incompatible with the xfree include files in /usr/X11R6/include/X11 (e.g. Xlib.h). This caused my compilation of DDD to fail. After removing the directory /usr/local/include/X11 DDD compiled OK.
