The 'Format' option in the pull down menu on the Watch and Locals Windows is always disabled, even if a valid variable is selected.
>How-To-Repeat:
Connect to a target, load a program, click the Locals or Watch button. Make sure that there are vars in the window. Select a var, then from the 'Watch' or 'Variable' pull down menu try to select 'Format'.
>Fix:
The attached patch Enables the 'Format' option in the pull down menu, however all sub menu options for 'Format' are disabled unless a valid variable is selected.
