    You're at least the second person to report this problem. Unfortunately, I've never seen this happen on my cygwin builds (which I don't do often). I just built the latest snapshot on cygwin this past Friday (19 May).
    
    I'm afraid I haven't any news about this, but I'll ask around and see if anyone else knows anything about it.
