CVS sources allow you to use the system-supplied Tcl/Tk/Itcl/Iwidgets now, and I have been using insight this way daily for several months. To diagnose your specific problem, you must be certain that the configury has found the in-tree tcl/tk/itcl directories. Sometimes it accidentally picks up a tclConfig.sh from the system. This looks like it has happened to you: the "no event type or button # or ksym" is the key. Unfortunately, there is no standard configury in place for this (there is now). You will have to manually configure tcl and tk to find the right files. http://sourceware.org/cgi-bin/gnatsweb.pl?cmd=view%20audit-trail&database=insight&pr=340
