Insight does not appear to support OCD, aka on chip debugging, aka BDM, aka
Background Debug Mode, although the command line gdb does support it, with
the target ocd wiggler command. Is this correct?

If this is correct are there any plans to support it, is anyone working on
this currently?

If no one is working on it, are there any estimates on how much work this
would be? I may be able to contribute some time, but although an experienced
C/C++/GUI programmer, I have little experience with Tcl, Tk or the gdb
sources.
