Open a console window and enter "show version". Cut and paste the output
into your email. Where did you get Insight?

I don't know if this is already what you are doing, but from your email,
things are a little out-of-order. After starting insight, the first
thing to do is load your executable (File->Open... or one of the
shortcuts at the bottom of the File menu). Then configure the target
connection (File->Target Settings...). Finally click the Run button on
the toolbar. You do not need to manually connect, download, etc. The run
button will do whatever it takes to get the app running on your target.
