Vadim,
No, Insight is linked into the gdb executable (there are many Tcl
commands in Insight that are implemented in C and use the gdb data
structures, so it can't control it remotely. You might be able to use
gdbserver, however, to start up the program on the remote machine, and
then Insight talk to it using remote/TCP.
