I am running Windows 98 and trying to get printf() to work. On Win NT I
can get printf() to print out "hello world" in the console window that
automatically pops up, however when I try the exact same thing under
Win98 nothing is printed. Why does this not work under Win98? The
program works as I expect when I run is normally from the dos prompt
under both operating systems.
