Hi,
This is a problem I am having as well when using the simulator, but a way round
it is to use a rxvt terminal to launch Insight.
From a dos prompt, if in the cygwin\bin directory, you could type:
rxvt -e arm-elf-gdb
This assumes that arm-elf-gdb is in your path specification.
This should help.
