Hi,

The help for the source window did not include all the menu entries. 
This patch adds a short description for the Close, Source, Connect to 
target, and Disconnect menu entries. These were previously missing.

I also removed the 'Windows Only' note because I see Print on Linux.

This is just a small change for the sake of completeness and because our 
testers spotted the omission.
