It turns out that this patch was already committed by Kevin Buettner in August 2008: 2008-08-05 Joe English * generic/tk.h, generic/tkEvent.c: Fix for [Bug 2010422] "no event type or button # or keysym while executing " bind Listbox Of course, this patch is NOT in the 6.8 release tar ball, but I've added it and uploaded the new tarball to the server. I'm trying to update the web page, but it looks like I am encountering technical difficulties with the server right now. So I'll have to contact the sourceware overseers. Keith
