[RFA/insight] testsuite/gdb.exp: Don't set env vars

Hi,

This is the follow-up to the previous Makefile changes concerning gdbtk's
imminent separation from local versions of tcl/tk.

	* lib/gdb.exp (gdbtk_start): Don't set environment
	variables for TCL_LIBRARY and friends. Insight will
	now figure these out for itself.
