Are you sure you're in the src/{tcl,tk,libgui} directory you just checked out? The method posted on the web page won't apply directly to a downloaded snapshot -- you'll have to check out the sources you want, or at least check out the the "naked-tcl", "naked-tk", "naked-itcl", and "naked-libgui" modules. Follow the procedure on the web page using these directories. When done, clobber your snapshot's tcl, tk, itcl, and libgui directories with these. Keith
