Hello all,

after I have updated my linux (and kde) insight forgets the setting from
the last session. Before I updated it rememerd the IP Adress, the window
positionsand the font settings. But now it only knows the IP adress after a
restart. The fonst settings are reset to size 9 (and that is to small ...)
Can anybody tell me how to solve the problem ?

Hmmm. Odd. Have you tried deleting ~/.gdbtkini? Maybe something got
in there which is screwing things up. FWIW, this should be independent of
the window manager/toolkit (windows, kde, gnome, cde, etc), and I am not
experiencing this problem right now.

If that doesn't work, how about posting this file for us to peek at?

How are you exiting? Currently Insight will only remember fonts, window
positions and sizes if you exit from the pulldown menu. If you exit any
other way, it will forget. I don't know if this is intentional or not,
but it is a change from the way it used to work.

Good point. This reminds me, I have a fix for this somewhere.... :-)
