I'm checking this in on the trunk and the RH 4.1 branch.

During the 0.93 import I broke server sockets.
This patch fixes server sockets and also pulls in a small bug fix for
a Mauve failure.

We still fail some Mauve java.net tests, but most of them do not seem
too severe.

We still have a number of java.net divergences from Classpath.  This
would be nice to fix.
