lazy linker test setup

This is a newer version of the test for class linking. The change is that the
actual tests are not run inside the methods of the LazyLinker class but in
separate ones which are then loaded via reflection.

By doing so loading the LazyLinker class itself works on all test environments
and one can inspect the steps until the test is run more detailed.
