Just filed PR37636; didn't figure out yet when this was introduced. The only
obvious configure change is picking up the CLooG libraries.
Seen on the 0.98 merge branch as well.

This was only seen when not configuring with --enable-java-maintainer-mode.
Fixed on the branch, by reverting the patch mentioned in
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2008-02/msg00830.html
the classpath/tools property files are not included anymore in libgcj.so, so
this should be properly fixed now.
