The .cvsignore file in libjava/libltdl is weird.
It explicitly lists files that are present in CVS, such as Makefile.in
and aclocal.m4.
This is particularly annoying when you try to "cvs import" GCC into a new
repository; CVS decides not to import those files because they are listed
in .cvsignore.
Are there any objections to me correcting .cvsignore so that it does
not list files present in CVS?

Please do it. There's no reason for it. It is something we inherited
from libtool itself.
