I read this.  It is quite a good article; the information about gcj
seems to be accurate and up-to-date.  For instance they got the
information about the Windows port right in the sidebar.  That's nice
to see.

Kirk, if you're out there, thanks.

I've built SWT into a shared library from source, but I haven't yet
tried any applications with it.  I'll try the test program in the
article at some point.

Eventually I'll add a link to this article from the gcj web pages.  Or
maybe someone will beat me to it.
