If kawa is started with the -r7rs flag, srfi-14's standard character 
sets aren't available.  They seem okay without the -r7rs flag.

Yes, it appears -OPTION is the same as --OPTION.
I had forgotten that.
I'm not sure if it's a feature or a bug :-)

I document and recommend the --OPTION forms.
