This is a rather belated release (lots of changes since last release),
made for JavaOne. I hope to have another release soon, which will
probably focus on a re-write of the multi-dimensional array support,
since that is mostly implemented. (Get ready for APL!)

The biggest change is a bunch of changes to sequences and strings.
Plus efficient support for unsigned primitive integers.
Plus significant improvements to the tutorial.
