[PATCH, applied] NEWS: Update for 2.5 release

Hello,

In preparation for the 2.5 release, this patch updates the NEWS file
shipped in the source distribution.

	* NEWS: Update for the 2.5 release with the command git
	shortlog libabigail-2.4..HEAD.
