[PATCH, applied] ir: Fix a wrong comment in canonicalize()

Hello,

While looking at something else, I noticed a comment that doesn't make
sense in the canonicalize()  Fixed thus.

	* src/abg-ir.cc (canonicalize): Fix a comment.
