Today libabigail does not represent default parameter values of functions.
Thus, it does not detect changes in default parameters of functions.
Note these can cause unexpected runtime behaviour changes in applications that
don't necessarily expect changes in default parameter values of the functions
they dynamically link against.
Libabigail should detect those changes.
A real life example of issues causes by changes like that can be seen at
https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/taglib-devel/2015-December/002800.html.
